By registering an account on Netlinkd you are required to provide certain information such as your name, gender, date of birth, and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will never be shown to anybody. We use this information to verify eligibility (including age verification), to ensure compliance with our adults-only policy, to match users with other users, and to provide support services.
Location data. The main function of this service is to list other users nearby, and/or who share the same interests as you. For this matter it will use or ask you to provide your location in order for it to function and users will be able to see the distance between you and them, to a minimum of 500 meters. If you are using the app, it will ask you to either provide your location all the time even when the app is closed or not in use or you can provide your location manually only while using the app, using the "Update my location" button.
After account creation you may voluntarily submit additional optional information (by editing your profile) to make better use of this service and match you with other users more accurately. To delete this information if you change your mind, just edit your profile again and undo the changes.
We will not share or sell your information with any third party outside of Netlinkd.
Accounts found to be in violation of age requirements will be removed and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
You can deactivate your account at any time from Edit profile, but you can also contact us to permanently delete your account and all your data at contact@netlinkd.com.
Children's privacy
Netlinkd does not collect, solicit, or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
The service is intended exclusively for adults. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a user under the age of 18, we will immediately delete such data and terminate the associated account.

We use "cookies" on this website/app. An HTTP cookie (also called web cookie, Internet cookie, browser cookie or simply cookie, the latter which is not to be confused with the literal definition), is a piece of information in the form of a very small text file that is placed on a user's storage/hard drive.
